About Deb Homes

DEB Homes, Inc., a custom home building company, was founded in 1971 by Robert R. Donaldson. Robert is President and owner of DEB Homes, Inc. The Company originated in the South Florida area, where it built custom homes in Ft. Lauderdale, Plantation, Jacaranda, and Lago Mar. Robert moved the Company to Titusville in 1981 and developed and built the Titusvillage Subdivision.

debhomesTitusvillage, a planned unit development consists of 162 townhomes, 130 single family homes and 50 patio homes. DEB Homes, Inc. has built in Bay Tree, River Moorings, Fawn Lake, LaCita, Windover Farms, and many other custom home communities.
